Liverpool, U.K | Austin, TX, U.S. 20/01/23 - Smaller Earth are delighted to announce new leadership roles for two long-standing colleagues, Mike Peters and Andy Callendar.

Mike Peters has been integral in developing Smaller Earth’s platforms, processes and technical requirements for the past 14 years. His work on the Hanover CRM system for every brand and his relationships within the business and with strategic partners make him the perfect person to lead the global business as COO from the Headquarters in Liverpool.

Based in Austin, Texas, Andy Callendar has been instrumental in shaping the operational processes of the U.S. facing business and the wider global organisation. After spending countless years in various summer camp roles, Andy has accumulated over 18+ years of experience within Smaller Earth, making him one of the first appointments the business made.

Iza Gyuricza, the Smaller Earth CEO, says:

“I’m delighted that Mike and Andy have accepted to take on the Global COO and US COO roles, respectively. They’ve been part of Smaller Earth’s leadership team for some time, and these roles reinforce the key work they’ve done for over a decade. Their impact has not only resulted in improved operational processes but in providing an even higher level of care and understanding to thousands of applicants.”
