Origin
The conversation the camp industry was missing.
Camp Collab launched in 2023, with the first event hosted in Liverpool, UK, to give the international camp community a serious, focused conference dedicated to one thing. Staffing. Recruitment, training, retention and culture had been side-topics at every other event. We made them the main event.
Why Camp Collab
Why Camp Collab?
Camp Collab is built around the idea that staffing is the single biggest lever a camp has, and the conversations worth having happen between people who run camps.
Intimate by design
Attendance is capped at 125. Real conversations with the right people, not lanyards on a trade-show floor.
Built around staffing
Every session is practical and specific. Recruitment strategy, retention frameworks, staff culture. No vendor pitches, no fluff.
Industry experts in the room
Leadership consultants, facilitation specialists and strategic advisors who understand camp dynamics. Not generic HR speakers from outside the sector.
“I loved that it was small and we were encouraged to mix it up with different colleagues. The environment was warm and comfortable.”
