UI UX Designer

We're looking for a talented UI UX Designer to join our team.

You will be responsible for designing and enhancing the user experience of our CRM and front-end websites. Working closely with a small team of developers and the marketing department to create solutions that are intuitive, easy to use, and visually appealing. 

The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio demonstrating their ability to design user-centric experiences across a variety of devices and platforms.

• Hybrid
• 3 days in Liverpool office
• 2 days remote

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the development team to design and develop user-centered experiences for our CRM and front-end websites
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and solutions
• Work closely with the development team to ensure designs are accurately implemented and delivered on time
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and identify areas for improvements
• Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices
• Build, update and maintain front-end websites on Webflow

Requirements

• Strong portfolio of UI and UX design
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ideally familiar with Webflow or similar tool

Salary

• £25,000
• Annual bonus based linked to performance

Annual leave:

• 23 days plus bank holidays
• +1 day for every full year worked (maximum 30)

Pension:

• 5% employee and 3% employer contributions
