Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Paid Advertising Specialist to join our team at Smaller Earth Group. As a Paid Media Manager, you will be instrumental in driving registrations for our different brands across our Central European territories (Hungary, Poland, Slovakia and Czechia) and collaborating closely with sales teams to build a robust pipeline and hit KPI targets.

Responsibilities

Strategic Paid Media Campaigns: Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies to drive registrations for our programs across various online platforms, including Google, Meta & TikTok.

European Markets: This role will focus on the key European territories for the Camp Leaders & Resort Leaders brand. These territories include Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic. The paid advertising specialist will work across various currencies and languages to help drive qualified registrations to these regions. You will collaborate directly with the group Senior Paid Advertising Specialist and the marketing coordinators in Europe to ensure campaigns are native and on-trend with the country's demographic.

Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of paid media campaigns, optimizing strategies to maximize return on investment and achieve key performance indicators.

Collaboration with Sales Teams: Work closely with the sales teams to align paid media efforts with overall business goals, ensuring a seamless transition of leads from marketing to sales.

Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets effectively across different paid media channels, making data-driven decisions to optimize spend.

Target Audience Identification: Utilise market research and analytics to identify and target specific audience segments, tailoring campaigns to resonate with the Central European market.

Ad Creative Development: Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives that effectively communicate our value proposition and drive engagement. Additionally, collaborate with country offices for native copy translations.

Conversion Optimization: Implement strategies to enhance the conversion funnel, ensuring a smooth journey from initial engagement to registration.

Competitor Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations for maintaining a competitive edge.

Adherence to Compliance: Ensure all paid media activities comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Teamwork: Work closely with your Senior Paid Advertising Specialist to share best practices and work together to hit key performance indicators.


Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Paid Media Manager or similar role, with a track record of driving successful campaigns and achieving measurable results.
  • In-depth knowledge of paid media channels, including but not limited to PPC, display advertising, social media advertising, and retargeting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Creative flair - the ability to create creative briefs and engaging ad copy to fill the creative pipeline.
  • Experience with Central European markets such as Hungary, Poland, Slovakia or Czechia.
  • Ability to speak one of the following languages: Polish, Czech, Slovakian or Hungarian.

Salary

  • £27,500-£32,500
  • Annual bonus linked to performance (pro-rated based on start date)

Annual leave:

  • 23 days plus bank holidays
  • +1 day for every full year worked (maximum 30)

Pension:

  • 5% employee and 3% employer contributions
